If you find that your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day exchange policy. Please take a moment to read and understand our refund policy outlined below. 

Exchange Only Policy: We accept exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. During this period, you are welcome to exchange the purchased item for another product of equal or lesser value. If the desired item exceeds the value of the original purchase, the difference in price will need to be paid. 

Condition of Returned Item: To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met: 

The garment must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way. 

The item must be in its original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories, just as it was when purchased. 

The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided. 

Lost or Stolen Items: Hope + Joy Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend that you use a secure and trackable shipping method when returning items for exchange. If an item is lost or stolen during the return process, we will not be able to process the exchange. 

Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange. We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe arrival of the returned item. 

Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the conditions outlined in this policy, we will process the exchange.
